Pakora (Bhajiya) Mix is a spiced batter mix, perfect for making crispy and flavorful vegetable or gram flour fritters with ease.

Gram Flour, SELF-RAISING FLOUR(WHEAT), Salt, Black Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Ajwain, Sugar, Fenugreek Leaves, & Baking Powder

In 400g of Pakora mix add sufficient water and mix to a thick batter. Add any veg of choice (sliced potatoes, onions, and spinach) into the batter. Take a spoonful of the batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Remove and serve with chilli sauce.
