Manchurian Masala is a savory and tangy spice blend, perfect for making crispy vegetable or chicken Manchurian with rich Indo-Chinese flavors.

Make a batter of the Coating Mix with ¼ cup water. Coat 100g chicken with this batter, deep fry and keep aside. Make a paste of the Seasoning Mix with ½ cup water. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves (15-20 finely chopped) and a diced pepper and sauté for a minute. After a minute add ¼ cup of water and the Seasoning Mix paste to the oil and cook for 2 minutes. Next add 2 teaspoons of tomato ketchup and the fried chicken. Stir for a minute and serve hot.
