Kadai Masala

Kadai Masala is a robust and aromatic spice blend, perfect for preparing flavorful kadai-style curries with chicken, paneer, or vegetables.

Chilli, Turmeric, Clove, Salt, Cinnamon, Green and Black Caradamom, Bay Leaves, Star Aniseeds, and Black Pepper

Fry one finely chopped onion unti golden brown. Add 500g diced boneless chicken, one teaspoon garlic ginger paste, one teaspoon green chilli paste, and salt to taste. Add the Kadai Chicken Masala, two pureed tomatoes, and one diced green pepper, and leave to cook until chciken is done. Mix two tablespoons of fresh cream and cook for a minute. Garnish with fresh coriander.
