Haleem Masala is a rich and aromatic spice blend, perfect for preparing traditional slow-cooked Haleem with deep, flavorful spices.

Chilli, Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, & Cloves

For 3 hours soak 250g of barley. Once soaked boil it in 5 cups of water till tender, then blend to pulp. In a pot add oil and place 500g of meat and the haleem masala, and braise till well mixed. Then add 4 cups of water and cook till tender. Now add the barley pulp and allow to cook for 20 minutes. Fry onions in ghee till brown and add to the haleem along with fresh coriander and mint
