Chicken Tikka Biryani Masala is a flavorful spice blend, perfect for making aromatic and spicy Chicken Tikka Biryani with rich, authentic flavors.

Coriander, Chilli, Turmeric, Cumin, Garlic, WHEAT, Black Pepper, SESAME SEEDS, PEANUT, Tomoato Powder, CASHEW, Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Aniseeds, Bay Leaves, Green and Black Cardamom

For 2-3 hours marinate ½ Kg chicken with the Marinate Tikka Masala, salt (to taste), and yoghurt. Once marinated deep fry the chicken and keep aside. Cut potatoes in pieces (add red colour to your ikening) and fry. Boil eggs (optional to fry) and rice – keep all 3 aside for later. In a shallow pan heat oil, add 2 grounded onions, the Tikka Biryani Masala, and 1 tablespoon each of yoghurt & cream. Add the chicken and potatoes. Arrange rice and masala in layers and finish be placing the boiled eggs on top. Serve hot with raita.
