Chicken Coater Peri Peri is a spicy and zesty coating mix, perfect for making crispy fried or baked chicken with a bold peri peri flavor.

WHEAT FLOUR, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Pimento, CELERY, Chilli, Onion, Citric Acid, Garlic, Thyme, Spices, and Herbs
How to Use
250g chicken breast (chicken strips) ½ teaspoon salt & ½ teaspoon black pepper 200ml fresh double cream Mix well and leave to marinade in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. Once marinated add in a beaten egg. Coat the chicken strips with any chicken coater of your choice and fry in shallow oil till golden brown.
