Chicken Angare Masala is a smoky and spicy blend of spices, perfect for marinating and grilling chicken with rich, bold flavors.

Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Garam Masala, & Salt

Marinate 500g chicken with 50g Chicken Angare Masala and 1 cup yoghurt. Heat a piece of charcoal on an open flame and place in a metal bowl or foil. Add 2 tablespoons of oil/ghee in a pan and add the marinated chicken along with the metal bowl/foil of pre heated charcoal in the middle. Cover tightly and leave to cook for half an hour.: In a chopper add 3-4 tablespoons fried onions, 2 big tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons cream and mince to fine paste. In a separate pan add 2 tablespoons oil and the above paste and fry until oil separates. Remove charcoal from the chicken and add the paste along with ½ glass of water and cook till chicken is tender. Garnish with boiled eggs and coriander or mint and serve hot with chapattis.
