Achari Gosht Masala is a tangy and aromatic spice blend, perfect for preparing flavorful pickled-style mutton or lamb curry.

Fennel, Cumin, MUSTARD, Kalonji, Salt, Coriander, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Chilli, Fenugreek, and Citric Aciid

Take 10 long green chillies and split open. Mix. 2 teaspoon of Achari Masala with lemon juice and stuff in split green chillies. For an hour marinate 500g of meat in one tablespoon of garlic and ginger. Once marinated add three tablespoon yoghurt, 2 chopped tomatoes, and the remainder of the Achari Ghosh Masala. In 200g of oill add the marinated meat and let it cook till nearly done. Now add the split green chillies on top and cook till done. Serve with hot chapattis.
