Dabba Ghosh Masala

Dabba Gosht Masala is a rich and aromatic spice blend, perfect for making flavorful and tender slow-cooked Dabba Gosht.

Gram Flour, PEANUTS, CASHEW, Cumin, Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Salt, Clove, Cinnamon, Star Aniseeds, and White Pepper

Marinate 1Kg of meat with 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 teaspoon of ginger and garlic, salt, and dabba ghosh masala. In hot oil fry onions till brown. Add the marinated meat and let it cook till done. Add in fried potatoes and boiled eggs. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
