Pav Bhaji Masala is a flavorful spice blend, perfect for making the classic Mumbai-style pav bhaji with rich, tangy, and spicy flavors.

Boil 500g of mixed vegetables with a pinch of salt. Fry 5 finely chopped tomatoes in 3tbsp of oil. Once fried, add the pack of the pav bhaji masala, ginger, and garlic, and allow to cook. Mash the boiled vegetables and add to the masala paste above. Mix in 2tbsp butter, 2tbsp Kashmiri chilli, 1tbsp turmeric. Garnish with fresh coriander.
