Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala is a rich and aromatic spice blend, perfect for marinating chicken and making flavorful tikka dishes.

Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Garlic & Ginger Powder, and Spices

For 5 hours marinate 1Kg of washed and dried, medium-sized boneless chicken with 300g yoghurt, salt to taste, and the chicken tikka masala. Once marinated fry till cooked and place on a paper towel to allow the oil to be absorbed. Place chicken in a tray and grill for a few minutes. Serve hot with green chutney. For the chutney: Grind coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, and lemon juice together
