Chicken Coater Original is a seasoned coating mix, perfect for creating crispy and flavorful fried or baked chicken.

WHEAT FLOUR, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Pimento, CELERY, Onion, Citric Acid, Garlic & Thyme

250g chicken breast (medium cubes) 5 tablespoons chicken coater lemon pepper 200ml fresh double cream 1 whisked egg Mix well and leave to marinade in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. Deep fry the chicken on medium heat till golden brown.
