Fish Pakora Mix

Fish Pakora Mix is a spiced batter mix, perfect for making crispy and flavorful fish pakoras with ease. Just add water and coat your fish before frying.

Gram Flour, CHAPPATI FLOUR (WHEAT), Chilli, Garam Masala, CURRY POWDER (MUSTARD & CELERY), Garlic, Salt, Orange Colour, Ajwain, Bicarbonate of Soda

Dice and wash 200g of boneless fish and place in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of fish Pakora mix, and water as required. Mix well to create a smooth coating. Deep fry in hot oil for 5-7 minutes or till cooked.
