Disolve 9mgs of the powder in 1 litre if hot water(if colour separates on cooling seperate on sooling warm slightly). Do not use more than 20ml of solution per kg of ingredients. This solution contains 46.8mg per 20ml E129 & 5.76mg per 20ml of E102
